  • We currently ship across Pakistan.
  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you make Order.
  • Any free shipping offers will be mentioned on the website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–4 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery time may vary due to courier service availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen situations.

5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can use this tracking number to check your order status with the courier partner.

6. Delivery Delays

While we try our best to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Remote location delivery
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions or strikes

Mahi Fabric is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, but we will support you in tracking your order.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • If an order is returned due to wrong address, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged Packages During Delivery

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or opened, please do not accept the delivery.
  • If accepted, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or videos for assistance.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours.
  • We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
